Successful Empire Because...

The Mauryan Empire was a vast and successful group of people. Many great rulers such as Chandragupta, Bindusara, and Asoka lead the nation to great success while conquering and occupying a large area of land. The long lasting empire also had ties with many other nations and traded with other empires as well. Their contacts with Persian and the Hellinistic world brought different ideas and culture into the empire with thwarted its success. The Mauryan empire of India was the first to provide a uniform government for nearly the entire country.
