Basic PC Operation

 

As with many Windows applications, Word allows you to work with multiple documents simultaneously. This allows you to copy information between documents.

You can open several documents at the same time using thr Fil open dialog or you may open additional documents individually as you work. Once you have multiple documents open, you can use the Window command on the menu bar to switch between documents or to Arrange All of the documents so that you can see them simultaneously. (See the graphic below.)
