Aristotle
This is the school were Aristotle educated many of his students including
at times Alexander the Great.
Aristotle was born in Stagira in north Greece in 384 B.C.E. He was fist
trained in medicine
and then later sent to Athens to learn philosophy under the guidance and
teachings of Plato.
When Alexander the Great conquered Athens he allowed Aristotle to set up
schools in the city
where he learned from Plato and teach. After the death of Alexander
the Great Athens rebelled
against the late Alexander the Great's empire and put to death many philosophers.
To avoid
death Aristotle fred to Euboea where he died soon after in the year 322
BCE.
